Tropical Tablescape

Hi Loves,

One of my most requested post from you guys is sharing my home decor, so i'm finally sitting down to share all about how I give my dining area a change without hurting my pockets. You honestly do not need to spend a lot to give your dining area a little update. For me I like to change my dining area up during each season or if something inspires me to change it. Items that can easily be stored away are table mats, table runners and plates so if you have an apartment or small home those are items you can change and store away and change up.

This year for the summer season I wanted a tropical theme in my dining area and I absolutely love how it came out. I purchased a lot of the items from my favorite stores for home decor. The two pineapples I actually found at Michaels. The plates with toucans on them were purchased at Homegoods as well as pretty much everything else with exception of the bird napkin holder and table runner which were purchased at Pier 1. I actually am surprised that I went with this theme this year but happily surprised. I usually stay with neutrals when it comes to my home , but for some reason I wanted to splash some color in my home this year. I think my choice of wardrobe has rubbed off into my home, lol. The goblets you see were $3.99, the plates were $5.99 so like I said you don't have to spend a lot to make your home pretty.

I hope you guys like this post and if you want me to do more home decor post or video tutorials on home decor please let me know below. If there is a particular item you want let me know as well and I'll try to find a link.

Peace & Love,

Lissette
