Disney Dream Cruise

Hi Loves,

I hope you guys are having a great week. With everything going on in the world and being sick I haven't had the energy nor the urge to blog. I honestly wish I was on vacation away from the BS hence why I am sharing this post today. It only took me 6 months to share this trip, but better late than never right?

I am what you call a true Disney Mom! I can’t even count how many times my daughter has been to Disney and she is only 3. I don't know what it is, but the thought of Disney just lights up my day. Maybe it’s the pure joy I get when I see my children's faces when they see their favorite characters. Because I love Disney so much I decided to go on a family Disney Cruise. It was huge family affair, both my brothers and their families joined, as well as my mother. We decided on a 4 day cruise on Disney Dream which was perfect. This cruise is amazing. The cruise ports from Florida and stops at Bahamas and Disney Cast Away Island. There is so much to do on the boat that you don't even need to leave the boat.

"There’s an almost endless amount of one-of-a-kind entertainment, recreation and dining offerings on the Disney Dream to keep the entire family smiling from sun-up to well after sundown."

Be amazed by original, award-winning musicals bursting with Disney magic every night of your cruise—like Disney’s BelieveVillains Tonight! and The Golden Mickeys—where you’ll relive some of Disney’s greatest movie moments onstage.

Whether you are an adult or child you will enjoy this cruise. I love that they have a section on the boat for adults only and the spa is beyond amazing. I also love that there are so many activities for the whole family to do. The musicals are phenomenal and the fact that you get to meet characters is a plus. If you are worried about cruise food, the food at the restaurants are top notch and the staff are the friendliest on earth.

Disney Dream offers fun-filled onboard activities for every member of the family, including karaoke, game shows and bingo. Developed by Disney Imagineers, this elevated “water coaster” is the first of its kind at sea. Unprecedented on a Disney Cruise Line ship—or, for that matter, any cruise ship—the AquaDuck boldly goes… everywhere!

Party Like a Pirate

Feast on a pirate-themed dinner followed by a “Pirates in the Caribbean” show and deck party.

·         A party bandana for each Guest – tie it on for a little pirate flair

·         A dinner menu that resembles an old treasure map

·         Festive dinners include such options as Jolly Rogers Barbecue Rib Salad or Pirates Gold-en Pot Stickers or even Chilled-to-the-Bone Honeydew Melon and Watermelon Soup (menu offerings subject to change)

“Pirates in the Caribbean” Deck Party
Venture to the pool deck to dance off dinner with your favorite Disney Characters and enjoy an entertaining pirate show, as well as interactive games with some special surprises!

Fireworks
During the show, a fantastic fireworks display—an industry first—is sure to delight landlubbers and freebooters alike!

The Castaway Island probably was my favorite Island. As soon as you step off the boat you are greeted by a character and you hear island music playing. Overall it was a great trip

I assure you guys will love the cruise, leave a comment below if you have any questions about the cruise.

Peace & Love,

Lissette
